Login to the [Cisco Personal Communications Assistant](https://ccskb.calschools.org/books/cisco-personal-communications-assistant/page/login-to-the-cisco-personal-communications-assistant)

- Select **Messaging Assistant**
- Select **Change PIN** from the **Passwords** dropdown message 
    - Enter **New PIN**
    - **Confirm New PIN**
    - Click on the **Save** Button
