# Sync Settings

Manage sync setting from year to year

# Pause & Resume Sync in Little SIS

<p class="callout info">Prior to the end of the school year Little SIS sync should be paused. After PowerSchool is rolled over and schedules are mostly complete the sync should be started again.</p>

##### **To pause or resume syncs**

Login to Little SISA Premium

Under Jobs select Roster Sync Jobs

For each job you want to pause or resume

Click on the disable slider button in the upper right of the job tile

# Modify PowerSchool Exports

PowerSchool exports for Little SIS need to be modified each year to extract current year data. Additionally, the exports can be paused during the summer.

##### Manage Little SIS PowerSchool Exports

Login to PowerSchool

Open Data Export Manager (Select System - Page and Data Management - Export Data)

Select the Scheduled System Templates tab

##### To Modify the PowerSchool Export

Select Little SIS Enrollment Premium

Click on Next to get to the Filter screen

Set the School Year to the current school year

Click on Next and then Save Template

##### Pause or Resume Exports

To the right of the Little SIS Enrollments Premium export click on the pencil icon

Check or uncheck the Schedule Active checkbox

Click on the Save button
